Our Egebant Young Talent Program Started with a Tour of Our Çayırova Factory.

This year, we started the third Egebant Young Talent Program with a tour of our Çayırova factory.

Our Board Member İsmail Hatipoğlu met with the young talents, sharing insights about the founding and growth processes of our company. While engaging in a pleasant conversation about their expectations, future dreams, professional, and social lives, our department managers from Quality, Human Resources, Production, White Goods, and Electronics shared information about their respective fields.

Our tour began with company introduction presentations and continued with a Factory & Production site tour.
